The perfume itself arrived sealed and appears authentic, but the packaging was quite disappointing. For a luxury niche fragrance retailer, I expected the item to be packed securely and professionally in a proper box with appropriate protective materials. Instead, it arrived wrapped in a messy, makeshift way that did not reflect the price point or the type of product being sold.
I’m glad the fragrance arrived safely, but the overall presentation really let the purchase down. Better packaging would make a big difference to customer confidence.
