Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the nature of fragrance and personal care products, we are unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

Fragrance performance, including longevity, projection, and scent perception, can vary depending on factors such as skin chemistry, climate, weather conditions, storage, and individual preference. As these factors are subjective, they are not considered product faults.

Variations in packaging, bottle design, batch codes, or manufacturer updates may occur from time to time and do not qualify for a return, refund, or exchange.

This policy does not affect any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
